Gust, Janke file petitions to run for county auditor
By CHUCK CLEMENT, Staff Reporter 03/05/2010
Two Madison women filed election petitions on Friday (today) to run for the position of Lake County Auditor during this fall's county elections.

Shelli Gust is currently employed as a paralegal in the Lake County State's Attorney's Office.

Gust, a Republican Party candidate, is married to Brandon Gust, county conservation officer for the state Game, Fish & Parks Department.

Bobbi Janke serves as a deputy auditor with Lake County, working with the current auditor, Kay Schmidt.

Janke will run as a Democratic Party candidate.
