Part-time Graphic Designer – Madison, South Dakota
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: 8 hour shift. Schedule may vary depending on workload/need, but day time hours and typically mornings would be when you’d be busy.
Ability to commute/relocate: Madison, SD 57042: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities: (this is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. Manager may add duties at his/her discretion.)
• Design and typeset advertisements creatively and accurately. Full color and black and white ads will be created.
• Meet deadlines for ad completion. Be prepared to have folks request you redo their design or layout – sometimes a couple options are needed to finalize ads.
• Build ads for print reproduction in CMYK high resolution or spot color built from CMYK.
• Build ads for Facebook, our website and other online media in RGB and appropriate resolution so that they load quickly, but are good quality.
• You may learn to make plates for the printing press but the majority of this role will be design and proof correction work.
• Employees must be quality conscience.
• High School graduation or its equivalent.
• Training and or experience with InDesign and Photoshop. (production experience preferred)
• Must be able to change work assignments on short notice and be flexible in scheduling
